    Legal Separation
I live in Texas and my wife left and moved to another town. She left some of her property but will not help pay the monthly bills. She comes home on the weekends just to irritate me. Is there anything I can do to make her pay her share of the mortgage, electricity etc. An how do I keep her away?

Own or rent? If you are renting, simply move. If you are an owner, other than changing the locks there is not much you will be able to do.

Are there any kids? Before you do anything consult an attorney, to see what her rights are, and your responsibilities. Go from there. I do know that the one who lives there, better pay the mortgage, or make arrangements to sell, or move, as they will foreclose, if you fall behind, and sue you both. If you sell she gets half, or you must buy her out. See that lawyer.

You need to formalize your relationship. File for divorce or at least a legal separation. This will then spell out the responsibilities and rights on both sides.
