    O Ring replacement
    My home was built in 1999 and I am trying to replace the O ring in my shower. We have some parts taken off but cannot get to the O ring. Is the odd shaped plastic contraption where the orings are? Are there four?

    Do you have a name on the face plate of the shower.. or on the shower head?
