    MP3 Player not working
    :confused: I bought my kids MP3 players for Christmas and when I plug them into the computer, the MP3 player reads USB port, but the computer can't find them?? Should I take them back, or is there a way to fix them? It is a RCA TH1100A

    Your player will work with win xp, win 2000 and vista. What is your operating system ?
