    Blower stay on all the time.
    My intertherm electric furnace blower will not kick off. I have replace the thermostat but I still habe the same problem. The only way I can get the blower to turn off is by shutting the breaker off.

    You could have a bad fan control/sequencer that operates the fan/or a defective high limit causing the fan to operate all the time.
