    Employer did not send my W2?
    What steps do I take if my employer did not send my 2007 W2 after I have called requesting them 3 times already??

    Is it the same one you currently work for, and they have your correct mailing address ?

    But report them to the IRS

Company won't send W2 [ 2 Answers ]

My son worked for a Canadian Company located in Pa. It is now Feb. 12 and still no W2. We have called 3 times and they keep saying he should get it but so far he hasn't. Supposedly it is being mailed from the main headquarters in Canada. Could someone please help. Thanks
