My periods are on the 20th of every month, and this month my period is now three days late, can I be pregnant, or can my period just be late? I am having cramps like my period wants to start but is not starting. I don't know what to do.

Well get a pregnancy test done... or wait for a couple of days and if still u don't get periods then get a pregnancy test done.

Well when I was 2 days late I felt like I was going to start and my husband had me take a test I wanted to wait but when I tested it was positive and I am now 26 weeks pregnant so yes you can be good luck and I would test if you want to or wait about a week but keep us updated

Of course you could be pregnant... but then again your period could just be late. As much as we would like to think so, our cycle is not like clockwork. There are many many factors that could cause you to be late or miss your period altogether... and not be pregnant.

I would wait it out... once you're a week late, take a pregnancy test using your first mornings urine.

Probably not. 3 days late really isn't cause for concern, especially if you're experiencing all the usual preceding signs.
