    If my Mother were to die without a will in Wyoming
    I was wondering what the probate law would be if my Mother were to die without a will in Wyoming.

    It would follow their law, is she married, how many children, what are their ages, does she have brothers and sisters, What type of property is there, is the property owned jointly what about right of survivialship
    Are bank accounts joint ?
