Hi every body
I have small flooring business sales and installation in atlanta Georgia

I want to make company , I am confused there is few types and kinds inc, LLC, corp... etc

The kind of company I want not to be complicated easy to use and maintain, and pay less tax ,and protect me from any personal lawsuit like credit cards debt, divorce or personal civil claim against me , and I like pay tax, and see accountant annually , and I make up to 100,000 a year and I have few helpers

Well hello neighbor, I am in the Atlanta area myself.

1. you should be seeing your accountant every quarter and be paying estimated taxes ( unless you figure that yourself)

2. Your accountant should have some recommendatioins as which would work best, if not or even also, go pay an attorney to review this, help you decide and also to set up the corporation that is correct.

Look into an S corp.. Or a LLC... see what's available in your state
