    What to pay under new bankruptcy law?
    If the total debt incurred is 100K, and I am making $400 a week, what can I expect to pay under the new bankruptcy law?

    If you file a chapter 7 you don't pay anything, the debt is discharged.

    If you pay under chapter 13, they will separate the secure debt from the non secure debt and look at your bills and work out a budget, there is no one size fits all plan
