You probably know more than you think. You may know something about is occupation. If you believe he is in the US, try the link below. Try to put in his complete name: William Jefferson Clinton, for example. You can select a state or search the whole US. If his name is something like Joe Smith, expect a very large number of hits. If his name is less common, you might get lucky fast.

    Free People Search by ZabaSearch!

The reason I recommend this site is because it lists ages for many people. But, it gets most of its data from online records like the phone book. Try it and see what you come up with. There are many other search engines on line that do things like reverse phone numbers and addresses. If you don't have luck with zaba, try some of the others.

    Good luck.

    Are you in the UK?

I just took a peek and there are search engines on line for the UK as well. They will let you search on just a name.

It may take some time, but it is a place to start.

BTW, do you KNOW he is from the UK or did he just have an English accent. Obviously, you never heard him, but you mom might have. There are lots of places where people with English accents might live.

Here's another suggestion. I've noticed several individuals on this site with Location listed in England/UK. You might try sending them a private note and ask if they have any suggestions about how to find someone there.

You could try Google Alert - Professional Web Alerts as well. He may be on the internet as well. And you may be able to find him using an internet search engine. If you do find him, you may want to look over first contact letters for guidance. He may or maynot know about you? Either way, you may need assistance and or guidance in first contacting him by a third party.
