Some of the Beauty experts say that night creams should not be used as they interfere in the skin's regeneration process which takes place at night while v r sleeping.. . while some other beauty experts say that night creamz r necessary to use.. . So r they really necessary or is it just a marketing gimmick? sOo confused.. please help:) :confused:

After washing my face at night with Olay soap (moisturizing) I always use a skin lotion (Olay) again to help keep my skin supple. Everything in your body that can be regenerated while you are sleeping, regenerates. It is nature's way of repairing damage while not under stress.

I would say use a moisturizing cream after cleansing your face at night.

I have great skin at 65 and no wrinkles or lines, so I must be doing something right !
