    What should we do ?
I need to know where to go for help regarding my husbands situation. He was married before in another country and came to US and met me. I didn't know he was already married and he never file annulment or divorce until now. He says he wanted out of his first marriage but his wife will not sign any papers, so she keeps asking money from him or she would expose to me that he is still married to her. I'm thinking he is being blackmailed because he is here in states so he was afraid of being sent back home and losing me. He has been paying her money every month because he says he is afraid of being deported if I find out and report him. But I love my husband and when his divorce is final we plan to marry again. I want to put an end to this and try to help him fix his problems, but we're not sure which direction to start first. Any suggestions.

It appears you already know so what is there to fear of your finding out?

First you don't pay blackmail, there is little she can do, there is no law against leaving your wife and even moving in with someone else in america. ** heck that is almost normal in the US...
What sort of visa is he here on, there is little his current wife can do to harm most visas, the immigration cares little if he is having some affair in the US. He needs an immigration attorney to deal with his immigration status, and he needs to follow up with the divorce.
