    It depends on your weight, metabolism and other things, like how much you took.

    Typically if you're prescribed a medication, you can tell them before a drug test, and if you aren't prescribed it, DON'T TAKE IT.

    My husband is taking vicodin and his doctor said it will be out of his system 24 hours after he stops taking it.

    Urine test... give it 1 - 2 weeks to clear out entirely

    Hair follicle... anywhere from 3 - 6 months... if you're lucky.

    Yes but the vicodin prescription is set up specifically for the person it's prescribed to, for someone it's not prescribed to, it may not be the proper dosage, as they really need none..

    The person who asked the question never indicated with it was prescribe or not. :)
    Not prescribed? I wouldn't go for a blood test anytime soon lol

    Yeah but I'm guessing that if they care about how long it takes to get out of their system, they have to go for a drug test AND they were taking it without a prescription.
