Does full sentence need to be served
IM in California and as payment for a fine, I was given an option of 16 days in jail. Do I have to serve the full 16 days or is it true that I only have to serve 10%?

The 10% you refer to would be for sentences longer than 16 days if I am not mistaken.

    Hello f:

Call the jail. But I'm sure you'll have to serve more than 1.6 days.
