    Angelo Is Divorced. His Daughter Mary Ived With Him During The Summer. Marys Mother Will Claim Her As A Dependent On Her Return .which Filling Status Can Angelo Use.

    He must file as single. Mary did not live with him long enough for him to claim Head of Household.
