    Sound on some programs but not on others?
    I have sound from the cd drive.
    I have some sounds through MSN
    I have no sounds from AOL.

    I have reinstalled AOL and the sound card. AOL tech have looked at it and no answer.

    Any ideas??

    :) Thanks for the multi media bit (not seen that before) but it was set up correctly. And went through the expressions set up with AOL made no difference :mad:

    I may be wrong, but AOL sounds will use wav files, open your master volume control
    (double click on the little speaker next to time) and make sure Wave is not muted and the volume is up on the slider bar for Wave
