    I don't really have a answer to your question, but a question of my own. How do you give a "written response to the court" I have only a couple of days to do this.

    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    However, if you had read through the other thread you would have found the answer. Simply send back the summons with a letter expressing your Intent to Defend.
