    Messed Up British Celebs!
    All right Lovely AMHD users!

    I was just wondering what people, from all over the world, thought about two women who seem to be forever in the British tabloids;

    Heather McCartney
    - A one-legged woman, does loads of good work for charity, marries an aging Beatle (that's the band, not a car or a bug I hasten to add!), then divorces him soon after, demands (apparently) half of his MASSIVE fortune, he tells her to do one and be satisfied with £20 MILLION, she kicks off, goes a tad crazy and goes on telly crying about how cruel he is to her, the tabloids show no mercy so she, for some insane reason, goes on an ice-skating TV show! Has decided to represent herself in the supreme court today! :eek:

    And

    Amy Winehouse -
    A women of great talent, hits the music world with songs as big as her hairdo! Everyone expects great things... instead she marries an idiot and falls into a spiral of drug use and very, very poor gig appearances (if they weren't cancelled!). Husband is jailed, she goes off the rails, ends up in rehab (despite telling the world that she wouldn't go "No, No, No!" through her music!), the US refuse her a visa to perform at an awards ceremony, the change their mind, only for her not to go... going on to win 5 awards! Looks worse every day. :eek:

    And you thought Britney was crazy! :rolleyes:

    So, have you every heard of these women, and what are your views on them?

    Oh yeah, have heard of them and seen them on television. Hard not to see them - their faces get plastered all over.

    Heather Mills would do better to shut her mouth about her marriage. If Paul was really mean to her, keep that to the court system and between attorneys - not the world. Many people still adore Paul and are repulsed by Heather's allegations.

    Amy Winehouse should be Britney's roomie in rehab. No excuse for the bizarre behavior and manners. Is that what too much money does to some people? Out of control.

    Spot on! I had nothing against her and don't particularly like Paul McCartney, but her constant whining on TV has really got my back up!

    But then that could just be the tilt the media have put on the story! :confused:

    I've heard of them, and over the years I've heard of loads more crazy women, and men, from all over the world, the less famous ones seem to end up on the Jerry Springer show. The big difference between the two you mention and Britney Spears is that in her 'craziness' she paid little regard to her children's safety and in fact put them in danger herself.

    I think that it is common practice for women to go after celebrities that they know have tons of money. We have no idea what happened in that relationship (nor do I really care I might add). A golddigger is born every minute and so is the man that will make her famous. So far as Amy Winehouse, what can I say. I like her music and all of that and her life is just that. She is doing what a lot of celebrities are doing. The thing is she is getting a lot of attention because she is the new face in the industry.

    I feel geniunely sorry for Jade Goody, she just seems to be thick as mince and doesn't really understand the consequences of her actions! I blame Big Brother for that, if it wasn't for them she would have let a decent, happy life as a beauty therapist / hairdresser chatting rubbish all day...

    Instead she ends up calling one the biggest Bollywood stars "Shilpa Poppadom" and all of a sudden people are burning effergies of her in the streets of India, that's MENTAL!
