    Toilet on/off valve?
    Hi-
    I know this is VERY elementary... But to turn my water off to my toilet, do I turn clockwise or counterclockwise?

    Clockwise, as you look at it.

    This is correct but we are assuming you are talking about a stop on the supply line below the sink. Write back if you meant to describ something else.
