    Landlord lost my apartment to bank
    I've been offered money to leave my apartment after my landlord lost it how much time do I get and how much money do I get?

    If you were offered money, grab it! As soon as the foreclosure is dinal your lease is terminated and you have to vacate, You can refuse and make them evict you, but eventually you will have to leave.
