    Red eyes
    In your opinion, what is the best way to protect your eyes from the bad effects of looking at a PC screen from short to long periods?

    This is important to help the computer making your eyes dry
    Make sure you are blinking regularly, do not squint and adjust your contrast so it isn't so bright.
    It should help some with the red too.
