Moving a cast iron bathtub

I have elected to save the cast iron bathtub instead of replacing it. I need to remove the old drain. Is there any suggestion as to how to move this tub out of the way to do this work? Is there some sort of machine that will lift this 600lb tub out of the way? :

I have a new cast iron tub to install in an alcove. The tub has feet hidden behind the apron to support the tub. Does anyone have a suggestion as to the easiest way of installation in the alcove?:confused:
