There are many excellent brands of faucets, Moen, American Standard, Kohler and hundreds more. Most are washer less and last a long time. Almost all brands make a cheap version and the more expensive models. You get what you pay for. Many plumbers recommend Moen because they are so easy to repair.

As far as bathroom sets I would use delta, for the reason if something goes wrong and you need a warranty part for some reason you can get it next day most of the time, where some one like moen will take 2 weeks. Delta has reps in every state and they have most of the parts. Moen you have to call some 800 number and it was pain full just to get a soap dispenser pump. Just my 2 cents.

I have had good experiences with both Moen and Delta. I worry little about the speed of warranty parts since the need for parts is quite rare. My only grip with Moen is that they went with installation drawings only, no wording at all. Some of the pics aren't that self explanatory so I had to call their toll free installation number and they were very helpful. I am with Harold but can go either way.

Tanks for the help and good advice. I am letting a plumber get back to me for some quality brands and prices. He offered to help and might help me choose what fits best our interests. He also mentioned that the bronze kits are okay in the long provided you get in the habit of maintaining them under heavy usage which is unlikely because it is a couple people.. he mentioned to just periodic wipe them clean and dry and they'll last years. Still have to wait for the plumber before closing in everything. After that, I should know which hardware sets, tub, vanity, sink, fixtures etc. I will let you guys know how it goes for sure! Thanks again
