    Rotten egg smell in attic
My husband just noticed a rotten egg smell in our attic. He checked for dead animals but found nothing. We did the water test but our water does not smell like eggs. 30 minutes later he went back in the attic and it did not smell. Can anyone help?

Check all of your plumbing vents that MAY go up through the attic to be sure they are in good repair.

 Luv2sing- have youal used anydrain cleaner to unplug a rdain?? There is one kind that does smell just like rotten eggs, I can't think of the brand name right now . Now when you opened up the attic to go up there you also vented the attic out for awhile. I want to know one other thing ( DO YOU HAVE ANY NATURAL GAS FIXTURES< OR HOT WATER TANK GAS STOVE< GAS ON YOUR CENTRAL HEAT?? IF you do then you may have a gas leak somewhere, they put an additive in the gas so people can smell it , IF you do have gas , be safe and call the gas co.! ;;; F.B.E.;) ;)
