I Don't Want Their Credit Cards
Every week I receive 2 or 3 applications for credit cards, some of them have an actual card in them that they want me to activate. How can I get these mailings stopped, I'm not interested and I feel it's dangerous to put these documents in the trash ( ID theft). If I wanted a credit card I would apply for one, these unwanted mailings to my home are very annoying.

Contact Equifax, trans union, and experian.

All three Credit Bureaus have an option you can choose that will eliminate 99% of those pre approved credit offers.

Also, a cross-cut shredder is an ABSOLUTE MUST-HAVE in American household these days. Nothing that comes to us in the mail with my name and address preprinted on something that looks like an application ever goes in the trash. It goes in the shredder.

Same for those fake credit cards, same for anything I'm even nervous about. Shred it!

    Makes great package filling, too.
