I am 22 years old, and I was with my boyfriend for 3 and a half years. I am on the pill, but we always had unprotected sex. Sometimes he would pull out, others he wouldn't. I got my period the end of December, and missed it for January. The other day, I started spotting, but it wasn't red, it was brown and not even enough to fill a tampon, and with mine that's weird because its so heavy and Im so regular. My boyfriend and I broke up about 2 weeks ago, and a week before that, I started having the nauseating feeling, the cramping, sore back, always tired, headaches, hot/cold flashes, and still didn't get my period. I went to the dr, had a pee test and blood tests, those were both negative, and I did an at home test, and that was negative as well. I still have these symptoms, and the sick feeling hits me first thing in the morning and at night. It can be the smell of anything, work, laundry, food, etc. I will admit that I missed a few pills, and we were having sex, but if the tests are all negative is there a chance that I could still be pregnant, its just too early to tell? I've been pregnant before, and had all the same symptoms, and didn't find out till I was 3 months. Also, the last time I was pregnant (I had an abortion obviously), but I got really sick with the flu 2 weeks prior to me finding out. Again, Im sick now. I am so confused and have no idea what to do. Does anyone have any answers?

1. The pill is not 100 percent effective
2. pulling out ( have to laugh) is no method what so ever, it just allows less sperm, does not stop them at all.

With all of the tests most likely you are not, may be you are just sick, and/or upset also over breaking up with boyfriend.
