See a physician. Ask to be tested for sleep apnea, nutritional deficiencies and whatever else the doctor suggests. I have been "oversleeping" since the age of 4. I used to come home from pre-school and voluntarily take a nap. Years later, it was discovered that I have Multiple Sclerosis. I doubt that you do, but ask the doctor plenty of questions.

You may have narcolepsy. This is when a person sleeps too much and can fall asleep while doing simple tasks unannounced. Your doctor should be able to help you.

I swore I was narcoleptic I could even fall asleep driving.
I became aware of my sleep/awake/exhausted/and 'numbing out brain fog' patterns and corrected them by changing my eating habits got more nutrition taking supplements.
Sleeping on a scheduled pattern is also helpful.
Also don't over exert yourself. Even with a hectic schedule it is important to relax and not overwhelm yourself.

This helped me a lot. I use to sleep 9 to 11 hours
    Now I sleep 7 to 9
If you take meds you have to check if it is okay to take magnesium and potassium

I take B complex in the morning after breakfast
And at night I take 600 mg calcium, 300 mg magnesium, potassium and vitamin D3
It takes a couple weeks to notice a difference.
If I skip some days I notice how much tireder I get.
