    My boyfriend is a geerman resident
    Was arrested on a possw/intent charge will he be deported if found guilty he's going to fight it but the case isn't that strong

    Was this suppose to be a question?. or did you just want to let us know? What is your question? What kind of drugs did he have? How much did he have? Must have been a lot if he was charged with intention to deal or sell. Where would he be deported from? (U.S. Canada?) Why was he found in possession to begin with?

    If found guilty he will have to serve his time in prison or jail and then be deported as soon as he serves his time. They will deport him directly from jail versus turn him lose on the streets outside of the jail and hope he shows up at a deportation hearing. He may be transferred to a different holding facility for this hearing and could wait months for the hearing to take place.

    All of the above is contingent upon the severity of his crime though.
