    so my ex.
I dated this guy for awhile and we have been broken up for three months.
we had a rocky break up where there was always hope in getting back together. Till we both started acting stupid and went through a hatred stage.
now adays, at school we only talk from a distance. As in; I pull out of a parking lot, he will do something to catch up with me and shout from our cars and then drive away. We don't really acknowledge each other at school. He also has a tendency to call me on seldom random nights every hour till I answer and only talk for less than a minute claiming he has to go. Better yet leave me random myspace messages saying, "guess what" and then never respond back. I know he has gone on dates with other girls but he doesn't talk about it and says he doesn't like anyone when I ask.
some say he likes me still.
some say he is playing games.
some say he just wants to be friends.
some say he is just being stupid and he will come around.
some say he is keeping his options open.
any ideas? I really haven't the clue what is going on.
how do you know for sure if an ex does like you after you had a difficult past?
can you ever get an ex back after things were really hard?
is it normal for a guy to be a total jerk around his friends but when he's alone he's the greatest guy?

I don't know. He sounds a bit immature to me. I can't imagine why you want him back. It's been three months, I say "Move on"

Yes, guys can and a lot of the time are total jerks around their friends, it's the whole alpha male thing.
I'm going to agree with Homegirl, he's being imature and someone with an attitude towards you like this is definitely not worth your time

I know exactly how you feel. Everyone says just to forget about him, but you cant. Am I right? After reading other peoples relationship problems, I think of what I would say to them. In your situation id say, forget him. Then, I look at my situation and realize, wow that's pretty much exactly what I'm going through. I tell this person to forget him, now I need to take my own advice. I would say try your hardest to forget him, that's what I'm working on right now. You don't need him, you want him. Show him you don't need him to be happy, that you are fine without him. Yeah its hard, I know, but surely if I'm able to to do it so can you. If he really wants you, he'll come chasing after you.

I agree one hundred percent with peaceom.you must really want him if you're willing to take him back after he's acted like that.and it's scary how alike you're situation is with mine.but our breakup was ugly; ugly words and things said, ugly outcome, ugly reasons, ugly motives.but what we had was so beautiful.it's sad.but what can you do. maybe talk to him.or try to be or do what attracted him to you in the first place.if nothing else works, then I'm sorry but you should just forget him.there is so much better out there.and after all, when you're dating you're looking for the one and only person you'll spend the rest of your life with.am I right. can you see that being him.
