    Could this indicate a possible type of cancer?
    Good afternoon;

    I have a question; would those symptoms lead to the possibility of cancer/HPV/combined?

    Symptoms are as following:

    - less control over bodily functions;
    - stomach feels bloated, yet other areas feel slimmer;
    - sensation of losing weight
    - feel more nauseous;
    - sleeping pattern all out of whacko - 2-3 days no sleep then boom one full day out asleep;
    - darker, bigger moles in groin area, high amount of moles;
    - skin-colorish "bumps" in groin area as well; and
    - dizzy spells occasionally as well standing up for several moments feel like about to pass out

    You must have a physician check you out.

    You also have some symptoms of anxiety; knowing the facts of your health condition can possible alleviate some of your anxiety. :)

    There is no anxiety involved with the health issues. This is on the behalf of my partner, as he is living in a place where he does not have health insurance and health care is not covered by the government, hence me looking into it for him.

    Tell me, Choux, what is your opinion, other than getting checked by a physician? I add a note, my late husband had cancer so I have some experience in that area, however this is a new area for me involving moles. I know for a fact that moles do have a tendency to turn out into cancer if they grow or change colors, or there is an increased amount of moles in a specific area or all over the body.

    I would like to give you my opinion; however, I know almost nothing about HIV or AIDS or male sexually transmitted diseases.

    From what you describe, I would say from an average person's viewpoint, that if this person has lost a significant amount of weight as verified by a scale, I would suspect cancer of some sort.

    Cannot second guess the situation but it does sound like something is brewing with all the mole activity. No, they do not have to keep popping up in the same area. Your friend should get checked out by a doctor to relieve their mind about any possibility of HPV or cancer whether they have health insurance or not as those symptoms don't sound normal to me at all if they have been going on for more than a few weeks.

    Unfortunately, it is impossible to diagnose over the internet. I would need a complete medical history as well as a physical exam to even begin to formulate a clue as to what may be going on.

    HPV could be possible. So could Kaposi's Sarcoma (Associated with AIDS).

    "Sensation of losing weight" Well, has he lost weight or not?

    Unfortunately, he is going to have to see a doctor about this. He can try the local health department, they are usually free or go on a sliding scale fee depending on his income.

    Thanks for the help, already figured it out pretty much. It would be very unlikely for this to be ruled out. It is highly suspected that it is a cancer of melomena. Once we move back to our home province, that provides free health care, we will be getting the screening and testing begun. It will provide to be challenging as we have a child on the way however we are up for any challenges that come alone.

    Thank you for trying, it took a lot of research before I finally found any leads which was linked to melmona.
