    Kitchen sink won't drain
This house is only about 5 years old, but I have had one plumbing issue after another. The latest is driving me nuts. The kitchen sink won't drain. I have had a lot of minor drain issues with it, but this is different. I have taken off the pipes and made sure they are clear (this is the normal problem). I have run a 25' snake and not found any obstruction. The sink line will clear over about 5-6 hours. After letting it clear, when I run water I do think I hear a gurgle as the pipes are filling back up. I think this is a vent issue, right? So, now what do I do?

Have you snaked the kitchen roof vent?: Put out enough cable to reach the base and 20 feet more. Good luck Tom
