    Marriage green card
Can anyone help me. I have been researching and researching. My fiance' who is from Morocco and I (from the United States) are trying to figure out what our options are to get him here to be with me. I basically have no clue as what to do or where to start and the websites are just confusing. Does anyone know what the cost will be to accomplish this? Also can someone lead me in the right direction? Is a marriage green card the way to go? We are planning to marry as soon as he gets to the United States. Thanks for any help anyone is willing to give.

He would have to start by getting a Fiancée Visa, K-1.

Once he has that he can enter the US, you can get married and he can get a green card, it's not easy and in the end you'll probably have to pay well over $2000 for all the visas and other fees but if you can prove you actually have a pre-existing relationship you should be fine. They ask for a lot of proof of the relationship because they are always on the lookout for marriages of convenience, where the person overseas pays an American to get them a green card.

Someone has asked my son to marry them to elp her stay in America. They do not love each other and she may pay him money to do so. Two friends of his has already done this to get ten thousand dollars. What are the consequences of this 'illegal' marriage?
