    What information can you tell us about this jazz piece? Was it played on a certain radio station somewhere at a particular time? What was the instrumentation for it, like piano, instrumental duo, trio quartet or other? Are you sure that it is from the 1990's and not some other era? We can't really help you without more information from you.
