    Residency - 1040 or 1040NR?
    Hello,

My F-1 visa expired last year. I worked on OPT till May this year. I then left the country as my OPT had expired and returned in late Sep on my H-1. Do I file as a resident or a non-resident?

    Thanks.

No, you should file as a non-resident alien.
