    19 with permit can I drive?
    I am 19 and have a state permit, seeing that I am 19 am I able to drive this car if I'm the only one in it?? I know if you were a minor you needed to have someone with you.

    Anytime you have a permit at any age you still have to have a driver with a valid license with you.

    You are required to have a licenced driver in the car with you. Of age required by your state law.

    It most likely depends on your state laws.
    Your handbook should have it in there.
    They have stricter laws now.
