    Kenmore Refrigerator.Model#363.9562620
Okay... this is the same old refrigerator that made me join this site almost a year ago.
It is a side by side with ice and water dispenser
    New Problem...

The motor makes a loud clunk noise when it turns off. The BIG problem... if I turn on my ice maker, water runs inside the maker and the freezer stops working completely.

Any ideas on how to fix this, minus getting a new one, lol?

    Kenmore Parts for Models 363.9562620
This site is good for parts.

    Part Detail
This site has a phone number to talk to a real person about your fridge.

Both have help desk forums. Maybe someone can help you on either site.

I was trying to get the diagram for your model but apparently it's older than I thought. The big clunk you hear is the main motor. Sounds like it's about to give out any day.

    Try these 2 sites.

Oh great, thanks twinkie... more bad news for the kitchen, lol. I will have a look.

I found a diagram, but not sure what part would be making the ice maker leak... so not sure what to order.

Thanks so much for the sites... great to compare prices.

I always go online and check out the price of a appliance part before calling my local parts stores. I also figure in the shipping from the online stores and when I call up the local yokels I know if I've been ripped off on the price. The other day I needed a part and online it was about $26 (shipping was $8). 2 stores did not have in stock but were willing to get me the part the next day - cost $41 out the door. The 3rd store I called had the part in stock for $30. Guess who I got the part from? Yep, store #3 for $30. It pays to shop around and shop online also.

Yes... I normally do. I found the diagram on Sears.com. The problem still exists, however, because I don't know what part to order. The other site I tried... they wanted to suggest replacing the whole insides of the assembly. There must be something else to do... like a hose or something that needs to be replaced, I just can't find it... uggghhh.

Kenmore Built-in 363 Dishwasher with Standing Water [ 1 Answers ]

Hi, We have a Kenmore 363 Built-in Dishwasher. The dishwasher is not draining all of the way - there is a puddle of standing water (at least a cup) under the cover inlet. We only use the dishwasher once a week or so, and the standing water is growing into something rather unpleasant. We...
