    iPod 5G 80GB Vidoe Support
    Hello All;

    I am suffering with a big problem with my iPod. Whenever I connect it to my Desktop/Laptop computers, it gets stuck, nothing works and I can not do anything till it automatically runs out of battery charge and shuts down. I recharge it and gets on back and it gets stuck anytime I connect it to my PC.

    I have tried with many PCs connecting it to see if the problem is from my PC, but seems the problem is from the IPOD.

    Please advice me accordingly for what am I supposed to do!

    My iPod did the same thing last year. My son fixed it for me. It sounds to me that this is a common problem. I called my son and he sent me this link. Have a look at it and see if that helped you out any.
