It is impossible for you to get gyno from test patches. Test patches are very weak in potency (I believe only 5%) and are only used to help "maintain" hormone levels when the body has trouble, or cannot produce, testosterone on its own.

Some of my client bodybuilders have used an inexcess of 1000mg to 2500mg of injectable testosterone per week, and have displayed some signs of gyno at THAT dosage. Anything less, and your chances are slim.

Also, the patch has a VERY difficult time delivering testosterone into your blood stream via transdermally (through the skin), as compared to an injectable. In other words, you aren't receiving the total 5% of the patch potency anyway...

And lastly, gyno does NOT develop in 30 days. Some swelling and maybe some soreness in the nipple area may occur, but it is NOT gyno YET. Gyno needs to harden and create that lump of tissue. If you are still in the swelling/soreness stage, it CAN BE reversed... you still have time.

Taking Arimidex at this point is useless. I would suggest taking 20mg of Nolvadex (tamoxifen citrate) per day until it goes away. If your patches were given to you via perscription, go see your doctor and let him/her decide what to do from there... Good luck.

    Hi MassNutrition:
Thank you, thank you very much for your answer.
60, 90 days, I don't remember now anymore because it was 3 or 4 years ago and maybe something more like Tricana and some other pills in a small pack (nothing heavy) from GetAnabolic.com or something from that company, but I do remember feeling really weel at the gym, more libido, etc
My problem now is my lil'tits and to "delete" that if is possible. A special chest workout maybe?
I'm looking for Novaldex like you suggest.
    Thank you again.

Whoa. Hold on. Forget the Nolvadex. I'm sorry to say but it's too late. You never mentioned that this was 3 or 4 years ago. The gynocomastia has plenty of time to harden into new tissue during that period. I thought this was a current problem...

My only suggestion now is try to get your bodyfat percentage as low as possible to see if you really DO have gyno. Also, get a recommendation from your family doctor to see a plastic surgeon. It's free, and you'll get a professional opinion.

Lastly, if in the end you DO have gyno and you want it gone... Well, surgery is the only way. Good luck.

Gyno refers to gynocomastia. Gynocomastia is the development of breast tissue in men (horribly, this is also referred to as 'man-boobs'). It can happen to ANY male, either in adolecences or in old age. The reason why this happens is because the male body could produce higher levels of estrogen than normal.

In the womb, we all start as females before the 'X' chromosone kicks in, thus, making us males. But by the time that happens, we have already developed nipples. Men have ABSOLUTELY NO use for nipples, but we are still born with them. So along with those nipples come the estrogen receptors located underneath them. So when the male body has too much free-form estrogen in the blood, the estrogen will eventually bind itself to those receptors, causing unwanted tissue growth.

    I hope this clarifies it!
