    Java-Cache won't open
    I can't get the Java cache to open so I can clean it out I click on View and nothing happens Please help !

    Where are you trying to open it - in what folder

    I went to start--control panel--Java--General-Temp files -View when I click on view nothing happens all the other buttons work fine

    When you click on settings next to view, do you have Keep Temporary files on my computer checked and below that it should show the folder it stores these files in
    Try to go to that folder in windows explorer and see if there are any files in that folder
    If not, there is nothing to view and if that box to keep temp files on my computer is not check it will not save any files, so there would be nothing to view

    If all seems OK and there is files in that folder and cannot view the files from inside the java console, go to the update tab and try and see if there are any updates availabel and make sure you have all your windows updates alos

    Hope this makes sense
