Is it possible to elbow a frost free spicket?
I'm buying a new home and the basement is not finished yet.
When doing the walk through with the builder I asked about the frost free outdoor spicket
That was sticking out away from the wall on the view out side of the house.
Since I'm not planning on putting up a wall where the spicket line is sticking out I asked if it could be elbowed somehow but the builder answered no.

Anyone no of a way of elbowing this and still keep the frost free features of the spicket.

    Thanks in Advance,
    Dana
