Good day,
I would lik to now what type of food that one can eat to aid breast enlargement... I would not like to use pill or any other suppliments... just the right food... thank you

You can't enlarge your breasts by eating a certain type of food. Weight gain would probably increase the size somewhat and even that's not a guarantee. Short of a breast augmentation, I think there is little you can do to increase actual breast size.

I agree with the two posts above. You can try to gain weight but for some women that doesn't go straight to the boobs as they imagined it would. Surgery is the only solution unless scientists come out with a breast enlargement magic pill. I'd be all after those! Don't believe all those enlargement creams and pills either. Be happy with what you have.

If you do plan on doing implants, you risk a lot! A doctor could mess up, you or someone else could pop it and you have to get them replaced every 10 years. What a hassle! Why would you want to enlrage them if I may ask? Plus, I think a woman is more beautiful natural.

No matter what size you are,be happy with them... unless you want to be like the actress Tara Reid who got a boob job that was fixed twice but she isn't the same after it

There is a commercial on TV for a thing to exercise the right muscles to make your breasts grow. I have no idea if it works, but it might be worth looking into.

I don't think exercise actually makes them bigger, but it will tone/enlarge the chest muscles I agree that there is no food you can eat to enlarge them. Some women gain weight there sooner than others. Personally, I seem to lose weight in the breasts first and gain it there last, so that doesn't work for me, lol.

Actually exercise will make them smaller. Look at the women who are atheletes, most of them are small breasted. Exercise tones muscle, but gets rid of fat. Our breasts are mostly made of a substance called adipose tissue which is actually fat.

I lift weights and do martial arts. If I ease off on the weight lifting (upper body anyway) would that make my breasts appear larger? Just wondering... :)
