    What's the best hair dye for red hair
    What's the best hair colour for red hair as I want 2 go light brown but none seem to take. I know most of you will say get it done professionally but that's quite expensive. Oh and I need it permanent. Please help:

    Hmm, if I were you, I'd try using a semi-permanent first and would use this brand in the dark ash blonde: Clairol.com : BRASS FREE

    If that gets you close to your desired shade, then get it in a permanent formula but, just make sure it's an ash tone & says brass free
