    Can I still marry
When I went to the registry office I was told I would need to bring my mothers birth certificate when notifying to get married as I don't have a passport. The only problem is me and my mother don't talk. Will I still be able 2 get married without showing her birth certificate or not? Help!

I am sorry, where do you live, in the US, you do not have to present your mothers birth certificate, just your own. A passport is not required in the US, just a birth certificate.
