    Nontaxpaer rebate check
    If it is approved. Will social security recipients get a rebate check too??

    The news reports all seem to be saying the rebate would go to "wage earners" and people with at least $3K of "earned income." This is all preliminary, and there will probably be some horse-trading before it's all finalized, but as of now it seems that if you don't have any wages for 2007 which you paid tax on, you won't get a rebate.
