Tell him not to send you mixed signals. Tell him that if you want to be friends, that is cool, but no flirting. If it is hard for you to be around him, then ask him to give you a break for a while until you have gotten over him more.
Just try to stay really busy, avoid things that make you sad, like sad movies and songs. Try to go out with friends a lot and watch funny TV shows or whatever will make you laugh. Time is the only thing that really helps, and as time goes by, you will start to feel better.
