For a long time now, Little Johnny had wanted a new bike.
But dear ol' dad just couldn't afford it, much as he tried... "Maybe next year..." was always the case.
Till one day, Little Johnny overheard a little girl telling her friend as they walked home, "The Lord shall provide..."
So Little Johnny begged the Lord for a new bicycle. He begged and he begged, for weeks and nothing happened.
Then one day he heard the same girl say that if you confess, all is forgiven.
Great, thought Little Johnny! What he'd been doing wasn't how the Lord works.
So he stole himself a new bike and begged for forgiveness!
