    Sell my house in bankruptcy
    I filed chapter 13 in August of 2006. Can I sell my house before discharge in 2011?

    Yes; you will need to consult with your attorney for the proper procedure. The Chapter 13 Trustee's Office may have a brochure and be able to provide you with paperwork/forms. You may have to request court approval.
