SUI/ SDI for those on L1/ H1
Do individuals on L1/ H1 necessarily have to pay SUI/SDI if mandated by the state? Are there any exceptions?
Also, does the state of NJ mandate employees to pay SUI/ SDI tax?
Looking for some guidance. Thanks.

Both L and H visas are work visas, so, yes, they must pay the SDI/SUI taxes.
