Hi l have coloured dark brown hair, my hair is natuarally dark/mousy blonde, but what ever colours l use (normally,medium or chocolate brown shades) it always turns out an auburn colour (hint of redness under light):mad:

Any advice would be gratefully received.

My hair always turns out with a red tint in it as well. My stylist tells me I have a red undertone, I'm guessing that's what you have too. I always opt for a shade with the word "ash" in it, to make sure I'm not getting a haircolor with any hint of red in it.
