Okay so there's this music video on CMT a few months ago and it has things dealing with the army and more in the end he passes a girl in a army sweeter and she running in she looks at him as she runs by. I don't remember the words nor the other parts of the music video. It came out in 2007 though

This sounds like "The Heart Won't Lie" by Reba McEntire and Vince Gill. I know you said 2007, and I am still thinking/looking, because this came out in the early 90's. But in this video, Vince Gill is the drill sergeant, and Reba is in Navy Issue sweatshirt and pants. They keep looking at each other throughout the video, and there is a lot of running and other basic training going on. This sounds like it, but if it's not, then someone has copied the idea.
